Affiliate Program Terms

Effective date: August 10, 2026 · Version 2026-08-10

1. Agreement

These Affiliate Program Terms govern your participation in the TradeDupe affiliate program. They form part of, and are in addition to, the TradeDupe Terms and Conditions. By generating an affiliate code or otherwise participating in the program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship. You have no authority to make any representation, warranty, or commitment on TradeDupe's behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must have a TradeDupe account in good standing and be at least 18 years old. TradeDupe may decline, suspend, or terminate participation at its discretion, including where we believe participation would be unlawful, would breach a third party's rules, or presents a fraud or reputational risk.

3. Commission and Attribution

The standard commission rate is 15% of the subscription amount actually paid by a referred user on an active paid plan, for as long as that subscription remains active and paid. Qualified creators may be approved for a custom program at a 30% rate; approval is at TradeDupe's discretion and may be revoked on notice.

Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected, net of discounts, promotional credits, coupons, refunds, and taxes. Monthly subscriptions accrue commission on each monthly charge; yearly subscriptions accrue commission on the yearly charge. Amounts not collected — including free trial periods, unpaid invoices, and failed payments — earn no commission.

A referred user is attributed to the affiliate whose link or code was used at signup. Attribution persists for the life of that user's account unless it was obtained in breach of these terms. Where more than one affiliate could claim a referral, the most recent valid attribution at the time of signup applies. TradeDupe's records are the authoritative source for attribution and commission calculations.

Commission rates, program structure, and payout thresholds may change on 30 days' notice. Changes apply prospectively to commissions accruing after the effective date.

4. Payouts

You may request a payout once your available balance reaches the minimum threshold of US$50. Payouts are sent to the payout email address you configure in your dashboard, and you are solely responsible for the accuracy of that address. TradeDupe is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address you provided.

Commission becomes available for payout only after the underlying payment has cleared and any applicable refund or dispute window has passed. TradeDupe may hold a payout pending review where it reasonably suspects fraud, breach of these terms, or an unresolved payment dispute.

Unclaimed balances on accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be forfeited, subject to applicable unclaimed property law, after notice to your account email.

5. Clawbacks and Reversals

Commission is earned only on payments TradeDupe ultimately retains. If a referred user's payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise returned, the corresponding commission is reversed. Reversals are deducted from your available or pending balance; if your balance is insufficient, TradeDupe may offset the amount against future commission or require repayment.

TradeDupe may also reverse commission attributable to referrals obtained in breach of these terms, including self-referrals, fraudulent signups, and trial or promotion abuse.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Refer yourself, or sign up through your own link using another email, payment method, household member, or account you control.
  • Create accounts, use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or generate signups you know or should know are fraudulent, artificial, or unlikely to result in retained payments.
  • Make earnings claims, profit guarantees, performance promises, or any representation that TradeDupe produces trading profits. Copy trading involves risk of loss and you must not suggest otherwise.
  • Represent yourself as TradeDupe, an employee or agent of TradeDupe, or as authorized to speak for TradeDupe, or use a name, handle, domain, or profile likely to cause confusion with TradeDupe.
  • Bid on TradeDupe's brand terms, trademarks, or close variants in paid search, or use them in display URLs or ad copy, without prior written permission.
  • Promote TradeDupe through unsolicited email, SMS, direct messages, comment spam, automated posting, or any method that violates applicable law (including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA), a platform's rules, or a third party's terms.
  • Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, redirects, browser extensions, incentivized clicks, or any technique that generates attribution without a genuine, informed user choice.
  • Publish coupon, discount, or deal listings that are not offers TradeDupe actually authorized.
  • Misrepresent prop firm rules or suggest that TradeDupe is permitted, endorsed, or approved by any prop firm, broker, or regulator without written authorization.
  • Present TradeDupe as financial advice, or offer trading advice, signals, or account management alongside your promotion in a way that implies TradeDupe endorses it.

Disclosure. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote TradeDupe, as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides and any equivalent rules in your jurisdiction. A disclosure must be placed where the audience will actually see it, before or alongside the link.

7. Use of Brand Assets

TradeDupe grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the TradeDupe name and logo solely to promote the platform in accordance with these terms. You may not modify the marks, use them in a misleading way, or register any domain, handle, trademark, or business name containing them or a confusingly similar variant. This license ends automatically when your participation ends.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for all taxes on commission you receive. TradeDupe does not withhold taxes. Commission is paid gross.

Where required by law, TradeDupe may request tax documentation before issuing a payout — for example, a Form W-9 from U.S. persons or a Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E from non-U.S. persons. TradeDupe may withhold payouts until valid documentation is provided. U.S. affiliates paid US$600 or more in a calendar year will generally receive a Form 1099. You are responsible for keeping your tax and payout details accurate and current.

9. Confidentiality and Data

Non-public information you receive through the program — including referral-level reporting and any user information — is confidential. You may not disclose it or use it for any purpose other than participating in the program, and you may not contact referred users on TradeDupe's behalf or use their information for your own marketing without their own consent.

10. Term and Termination

Either party may end participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. TradeDupe may suspend or terminate participation immediately for breach of these terms, for suspected fraud, or where continued participation presents a legal or reputational risk.

On termination without breach, commission accrued before termination remains payable once it clears and the minimum threshold is met. On termination for breach, fraud, or prohibited conduct, TradeDupe may withhold and forfeit unpaid commission and reverse commission already paid on affected referrals. Attribution of previously referred users does not survive termination.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The program is provided "as is". TradeDupe does not guarantee any level of referrals, conversions, earnings, tracking accuracy, or program continuity, and may modify or discontinue the program at any time. Any illustrative earnings figures shown on our affiliate page are examples only and are not a projection or guarantee of your results.

The limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution provisions of the Terms and Conditions apply to these Affiliate Program Terms and are incorporated by reference. You additionally agree to indemnify TradeDupe against claims arising from your promotional activity, including any statement you make about TradeDupe.

12. Changes

TradeDupe may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
